The Details

Who is eligible:

The 14-day guarantee applies to all first-time paid subscriptions (monthly and annual).
The guarantee applies once per customer account.
It does not apply to subscription renewals after the initial purchase.

How to request a refund:

Email us at [email protected] within 14 days of your original purchase date.
Include your account email address and the date of purchase in your message.
You do not need to provide a reason, though feedback is always welcome.

What happens next:

We will process your refund within 5 working days of receiving your request.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
Once your refund is processed, your account will be downgraded to the free plan (if available) or deactivated.
Bank processing times may add 3–5 additional business days depending on your card issuer.

Outside the 14-Day Window

After 14 days from your purchase date, subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel after this period, you will retain access to your paid plan until the end of your current billing cycle, after which your account will revert to the free plan (if available).

We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time on monthly or annual subscriptions, except where required by applicable law.

If you are experiencing a technical issue that is preventing you from using the Service, please contact us before requesting a refund — we will do our best to resolve it quickly.

Your Statutory Rights

This guarantee is in addition to, and does not replace, any statutory rights you may have under applicable law. If you are a consumer, you may also have a legal right to cancel a purchase within 14 days of the contract date under applicable consumer protection law, provided that paid access to the Service has not yet been activated. This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
